He is not a jungli, a mongrel, or a pariah, the dog you see on the street is an Indian Dog. He has especially evolved to suit India’s climate and conditions. Blessed with native intelligence and natural hybrid vigour, he is as loving and loyal as a Labrador, as tenacious as a Terrier, as brave as a Bulldog, as handsome as a Husky, as smart as a Spitz. Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani!

You can adopt an Indian Dog off the street or from any animal shelter.

SGACC also runs a puppy adoption stall, Puppy Love, every weekend at Select Citywalk Mall in Saket from 2–7pm. We have found homes for over 4000 Indian pups.
